Started a new job in March which totally threw my schedule off. So I'm just getting in what I can when I can. I think I'm still able to manage pretty good training weeks though. Still not hitting 18 hour weeks but they are consistent and I'm hitting all the distance goals. Ive ridden 100+ miles 3 different times (which is more than for IMCDA) and swam over 4k twice now. I'm running 10+ about once a week and will try to get an 18-20 miler in soon. Next weekend I have Lonestar 70.3 so this week will be a slight taper. Hoping to really crush that course. Its perfect for me, flat flat and flat. Will be my first to race the half in Galveston.
