Ready to race. The hours have been lower than last year but the intensity has increased. Ive added more speed workouts and feel way stronger than I did last year. I only had one 100 mile ride leading up to IMCDA and this year I have 4.
The goal this year is to run most of the marathon. Hoping for sub 5 hours.
