I'm picking up the training a little in July (since I feel like a total slacker). Finished a 13 mile run today just because.... I wanted to know I can still do it... I have a race in a couple of weeks but haven't trained specifically for it. Ill get in some quality workouts but for the most part I'm working on base and building junk mileage for next year. Gonna concentrate on running and a bit of biking. Wanna put together some solid half marathons and have a good run at IMTX next year.
Run - 15.35 miles
